~ So proud of my group who worked on this project with me on Animal Rights, we kicked ass. I was so happy that after our project was finished someone came up to me and asked to start an animal rights group at our school. Standing up there with my friends talking about something I am so passionate about and educating everyone about the truth of circuses with animals, whale and dolphin hunting, inhumane animal slaughter, and animal testing; I felt like this is where I am supposed to be. This is what I am meant to do. I’m ready for animal activism to consume me. 

Meaning of the quote: It always bothered me when I’d hear animal activists say that animals don’t have a voice, so we need to be their voice. Well, you are fighting for their rights.. why are you taking away their voice? Animals have a voice, they just speak differently. It’s up to us to translate.
